In 2000, Cornelius Adebahr founded “Wirtschaft am Wasserturm” in the Berlin district Prenzlauer Berg, right next to the water tower (Wasserturm) there, Berlin’s oldest. That is how the company’s name came about, which was kept also when moving to a different location.
